Rick

For the past four years, Rick has spearheaded the commercialization of the entire portfolio of IATA’s global aviation consulting services. His focus has been forging win-win partnerships with Airports, Airlines and Civil Aviation Authorities around the world by delivering practical and cost-effective solutions.


In this role, he and his team are responsible for providing expert guidance to governments, financial institutions, airports and airlines worldwide to help them develop efficient and profitable facilities, as well as advising them on cost-saving measures and procedures in airport master planning, terminal and runway design, and capacity and simulation studies.

Additionally, he is leading IATA’s efforts in the increasingly important areas of Sustainability and Environmental Solutions, which are critical to the future of the aviation industry.

Prior to joining IATA, Rick worked for over 15 years in international business development for various multinational corporations around the world. A Canadian national, he holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree from Providence College (USA), and is fluent in English, French, Spanish and German.
