Airlines 2.0 – How Airlines and Airports can leverage Social Media for brand building and driving revenue: Designed to give senior management from airlines and airports a hands-on,  crash course into aviation branding, ultimately helping them drive revenue and loyalty through social media conversations.

This intensive, hands-on workshop will be led by Shashank Nigam, a well respected airline marketing and branding strategist referred to by branding gurus as “a future business leader to watch”. Most recently, Shashank became the youngest awardee of the Global Brand Leadership Award, for his groundbreaking work in airline branding. Appearing on top business news programs such as CNN, CNBC, and MSNBC, Shashank is the CEO of SimpliFlying, a global airline brand consulting company based out of Singapore and New York.
